My Story
I left the corporate world several years ago to reinvent my career as a Home Inspector. An avid Home Renovator and Handyman, I am fascinated with how things work, and I wanted to put my attention to detail to work.
A few years ago, my wife and I began our journey as Real Estate Investors. We learned about the value of integrating legal basement suites into single family rental homes, and worked hard to learn the ropes. We built our team of partner professionals and have acquired and renovated several properties, all with legal basement suites. We've learned a tremendous amount through trial and error and have made great working relationships along the way through our relationships with contractors and consultants. It is now my privilege to share with you, our customers, all we've learned. I look forward to meeting you.
